How long will it take to receive my orders?

The total delivery time is estimated between 6 and 12 business days, including:

1 to 3 business days for order processing (for orders placed before 8:00 PM AET)

5 to 9 business days for delivery within Australia, depending on your location

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

What are the return rules?

You can return an item within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be new, unworn, with packaging and tags .

Return shipping costs are your responsibility , except in the case of an error or defective product.

Exchanges are possible , also at your expense.

When will I get my money back?

Once your return is received, the refund will be issued on the day the package is received .

Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days for your bank to process the transaction.

What size should I get?

We highly recommend ordering one size up for a better fit.

Our clothes are fitted to the body , so ordering one size up will allow you to feel comfortable .

Our shoes and moccasins are true to size .

Remember that moccasins do not have laces and therefore should be slightly tight .

If in doubt, take a size up for the loafers to ensure they won't be too tight.

We recommend you take a half size up if you usually wear half sizes, for a better fit.
